🎯 Understanding the Bidding Process

Some of our products are sold through a bidding system, where buyers can place competitive offers within a set time.
Here’s how it works:

  1. Find an item you love that’s open for bidding.
  2. Click “Place a Bid.”
  3. Enter your offer amount — make sure it’s higher than the current bid.
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your bid is submitted.
  5. If you’re the highest bidder when the auction ends, the item is yours!

💡 Tip: Keep an eye on the timer and set bid alerts so you don’t miss out!


🛒 Buying Items Instantly

Not all items require bidding — many can be purchased instantly.
To buy directly:

  1. Click “Add to Cart.”
  2. Review your order in the cart.
  3. Proceed to Checkout and select your payment method.
  4. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link and order summary via email.

🔒 Secure Payments

We use trusted, encrypted payment gateways to keep your transactions safe.
Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, PayPal, and net banking.
You can also save preferred payment options in your account settings for faster checkout.


📦 Tracking Your Orders

After placing an order:

  • Go to Your Account → Orders to view real-time updates.
  • Click “Track Order” for shipment details.
  • You’ll also receive SMS or email notifications at each delivery stage.

🧾 Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we make returns easy.

  • You can request a return within 7–10 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once the item is received and verified.
